Overview
By accessing this website or engaging AI.OS for enquiries, consultations, proposals, or services, you agree to use the website and services responsibly. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or proceed with a service engagement.
Project-specific commercial terms may be set out in a quotation, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or written confirmation. If those project documents conflict with this page, the project-specific document will apply to that engagement.
Services and Scope
AI.OS provides Malaysia-based managed AI workflow automation, consultation, system planning, implementation support, and related digital services for SME workflows. Services may include WhatsApp inquiry automation, quotation assistance, CRM follow-up, reporting dashboards, system integrations, workflow mapping, and managed AI operating layer setup.
- Any scope, timeline, deliverables, payment schedule, maintenance, and support arrangement should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Statements on this website are general descriptions and do not guarantee that every feature or integration is included in every package.
- AI.OS may recommend a phased rollout when the requested workflow depends on data readiness, API availability, third-party platform approval, staff adoption, or security review.
AI Output and Human Approval
AI.OS is designed around human-controlled AI workflows. AI tools may prepare drafts, structure records, route requests, summarize information, suggest next steps, or support reporting, but final decisions remain the responsibility of the client and its authorized team.
- Clients should review and approve quotation drafts, pricing, contract terms, sensitive customer replies, refunds, legal commitments, and high-risk operational decisions.
- AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular decision without human review.
- AI.OS does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or regulatory advice unless a qualified professional is separately engaged for that purpose.
Client Responsibilities
Successful implementation depends on accurate information, timely feedback, clear approval rules, and appropriate access to systems or data. The client is responsible for the business decisions made through its workflow and for ensuring that its use of AI.OS complies with applicable policies, contracts, and laws.
- Provide accurate workflow details, product information, pricing rules, customer policies, and operational constraints.
- Obtain required permissions for system access, third-party integrations, staff accounts, customer communications, and data processing.
- Review deliverables, test workflows, report issues promptly, and keep internal users trained on approval and escalation rules.
- Avoid using AI.OS services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, spam, or unauthorized data-processing activities.
Pricing, Payment, and Third-Party Costs
Package prices, setup fees, monthly fees, implementation costs, and add-ons may vary by scope. Payment terms should be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
- External costs may include hosting, AI model usage, WhatsApp provider fees, messaging charges, software subscriptions, API access, storage, payment gateways, or third-party platform fees.
- Third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
- Delays in payment, access, data, feedback, or approval may affect project timelines and support availability.
Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use
Website content, brand assets, text, graphics, interface designs, implementation methods, documentation, and code examples belong to AI.OS or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
Project ownership, licensing, source-code access, reuse rights, and portfolio display rights should be confirmed in the relevant project document. AI.OS may reference completed work as portfolio or case-study material unless confidentiality terms or written project agreements restrict this.
Data, Confidentiality, and Security
AI.OS will handle enquiry and project information with reasonable care. Clients should only provide data they are authorized to share and should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public forms or unsecured channels.
- Confidentiality obligations can be defined in a separate written agreement when required.
- No internet-based service, integration, or AI workflow can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.
- Clients remain responsible for user permissions, account security, internal access control, and the accuracy of data supplied to workflows.
For privacy-related terms, please also read the Legal & Privacy Policy.
Availability, Changes, and Limitations
AI.OS may update website content, package descriptions, pricing references, service descriptions, and these terms from time to time. AI.OS may also modify implementation approaches when third-party tools, platform rules, model behavior, APIs, or client requirements change.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, AI.OS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from website use, delayed responses, third-party platform issues, AI output, client-side misuse, or reliance on unreviewed automation output.
